Project Brief

Designed with larger rooms and added amenities like in-room kitchens, a pool and gym, the Residence Inn by Marriott project will bring more accommodations to the City of Richmond. This hotel will be an addition to the Bridgeport Business Centre, in which Scott has completed Phase One of. The Residence Inn will be a 10-storey structure and feature 112 comfortable and upscale rooms.
