UNITIZED CURTAIN WALL
Description
This system was meant to be adaptable to any residential or commercial high-rise, with or without balconies. Typically, installing UCW on a building with balconies and/or variations in stack-joint elevations presents installation issues due to the availability of unique transitions and blind seals, which have the potential to degrade air and water resistance.

LIFT AND SLIDE DOOR
Description
Lift and slide doors provide greater water and air tightness while remaining user-friendly. Easy, silent glide and tangible multi-point locking, with great thermal and acoustic properties. It works flawlessly with all Siber Façade Systems. It is intended for high-rise installation and includes a stronger interlock connection and an enhanced water drainage system.

SWING DOOR
Description
Stand-alone or integrated into Siber Façade Systems, it provides exceptional weather resistance, thermal and acoustic insulation, while German-made (G-U) multi-latching hardware provides piece of mind with enchased security. Built for Canadian conditions, this device has three levels of silicone seals to assure maximum air/water tightness. The system has an overall depth of 75mm and is made up of three chambers with a 36mm thermal break. Double or triple glazed units as thick as 44mm can be installed. Thermal and acoustic parameters can be tuned to meet the exact requirements of your project using a variety of glass makeups and insulation infill options.
